18 July CRGC Newsletter
CTO, prayer and pledge led by Andrew Dubman
Secretary report given by Andrew and Treasurer’s report by Tom Hughes, accepted by membership
Docks have arrived and have been installed by Dwayne McMahon and a few volunteers. I do not have their names at this time. Dwayne will also be fabricating a small ramp for easier access from the shoreline. Head down to the lake and take a look!
Camera install has begun, payment needed and password to be set up. Rick Moore will monitor the data feed. If anybody sees something that we should review (unsafe behavior, trespassers, unsafe gun handling, or anything that does not comply with the bylaws or range rules), please contact us at this email address so we can review the video from the cameras that we purchased. All tips are strictly anonymous.
Dennis Davis will be installing the roof on the small storage building near the trap range. Including purlins, rafters, sheet metal, cost of materials estimated to be $1,500.00 He will not be able to start for approx. 30 days. If anybody would like to help, they would receive a work day credit for their efforts.
The board and membership approved Russell Smith as a new board member. We are fortunate to have his wisdom on the board. Thank you, Russell for your efforts both past and present.
Note that meetings will now be the third MONDAY of the month until next April.

Thank you for attending the meeting, and above all, thanks for all who volunteered for the work day. It’s really helpful seeing some new energy improving the facility. Sorry if I missed giving credit to those who contributed time, equipment and expertise in these projects. My memory is not the best, and there’s 300 of you great members and one of me (LOL)!
Looking forward to seeing you on 17 August at 7:00pm; our next meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
