From the March 16th meeting
Call to order, Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance by Greg Broling
Secretary’s report, Treasurer’s report presented and accepted by membership.
Next month’s members meetings will be on Saturday, April 18th at the clubhouse at 9am.
Old Business; Club approved 7 cameras for surveillance, $1,019 for equipment and $133 a month for service. Rick Moore will be the Committee Chairman and Administrator.
New Business; Board and Club meetings will be on the 3rd Sat (Board 8am/Member 9am/work days 10am) April through July. THANK YOU, John Mankin for repairing the metal targets and lane markers. Waiting on a work day to work on the dock. The dock will be 16ft with a 12ft “T”. Dewayne McMahan has volunteered to be the Lake Chairman. Proposal for 10 acres of lime needed on the rifle range, cost $180. The alternative is a drop spreader.
Club approved $2500 for galvanized steps for trap range. Labor to build steps are free, donated from Mitchell Bates and Tom Strickland. Club approved free membership for Tom Strickland.

Club officers have been elected this year, Pres: Greg Brolin, V. Pres: Andrew Dubman, Treas: Tom Hughes, Sec: Craig Wiseman and S.O.A.: Chad Philpot.
SAFETY AND RULES COMPLIANCE
Cross shooting on the rifle rage is strictly prohibited!!! If you witness anyone cross firing, please address this with them immediately and contact the Board members if there is any continued cross shooting or pushback by the member. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOTGUNS ON RIFLE OR PISTOL RANGES!!!
