Secretary’s report, Treasurer’s report presented and accepted by membership.
Next month’s members meetings will be on Saturday, May 16th at the clubhouse at 9am.
Thanks to John Mankin for work on the rifle range. In addition, John purchased lime for dispersal on the rifle range and other areas. He was able to find a member who volunteered to spread it with his tractor.
Old Business; Reminder of no cross shooting on rifle range and no shotguns including hand held .410 on pistol or rifle ranges. Reviewed dock status – the connector pieces are still on backorder. Rick Moore (absent from meeting) communicated through another member that the security cameras are in, and will be installed shortly. Bill Gohagen mentioned that signs reminding members of the no shotgun rules are in place. Allen Derrick mentioned that the flagpole has arrived, he and some other members will be working on installing it. Steps have been installed at trap house.
New Business; Greg Broling has resigned his membership and president position, has approved Andrew Dubman to be the interim president leaving the vice president position open. Bill Gohagen volunteered for the vice president position, to be discussed at the next board meeting. Mention of the need for volunteers for maintenance activities at the club. We had a good turn-out for work day last Saturday. John Mankin replaced backer boards on rifle range. The gong is being moved from the 200 yd rifle range to the 150-yard. Thank you again to John for your efforts. George Inwood is doing a test with pelletized lime, casting it into the lake to see if it kills the weeds or algae growth. George was able to get cable installed across the area near the entry gate. He was able to get the cable for FREE! Thank you George and the others who helped!
Jason Qualls has volunteered to be the rifle chairman in Greg’s absence. Other committee reports, clay target and review of Tom Cockrell’s research on accounting rules.
Club officers have been elected this year, Pres: Andrew Dubman, V. Pres: (Pending), Treas: Tom Hughes, Sec: Craig Wiseman and S.O.A.: Chad Philpot.

Cross shooting on the rifle rage is strictly prohibited!!! If you witness anyone cross firing, please address this with them immediately and contact the Board members if there is any continued cross shooting or pushback by the member. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOTGUNS ON RIFLE OR PISTOL RANGES!!!
