Chihowee Rod & Gun Club Membership Renewal Form
Instructions: Please complete this form and mail it to the club secretary along with your
dues. All forms must be postmarked on or before December 31. Any membership
renewals postmarked after that date will be RETURNED. Any current member failing
to renew on a timely basis will be required to set out one year before reapplying
for membership.

Annual dues are $100.00 and are due on or before December 31. You may mail your
dues in the form of a check or money order, along with this form to the address below.
Do not mail cash. As always, membership dues can be paid at the regular monthly
meetings. Members are required to attend 3 meeting/work sessions per year. Those
members not fulfilling this requirement, will be assessed an additional $100.00 fee to
retain active membership making the renewal fee $200.00.
