From the April 20th membership meeting

Call to order, Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance by Tim Collins

Secretary’s report, Treasurer’s report presented and accepted by membership.

Next month’s members meetings will be on Saturday the 18th

Old Business; Work on clubhouse celling was approved to be done and has been completed. 

New Business; We will be making an annual budget and discussing future improvements in the next few meetings.  Any ideas or suggestions to improving the club are encouraged to be shared with the board for discussion.  Rifle/Pistol target backer boards were approved for purchase up to $500.  3 loads of gravel for the roads were approved for purchase approx. $2000.  Bush hogging in several areas was approved for $200.  We will look at stocking the lake again this year and will get more details soon.

SAFETY AND RULES COMPLIANCE

Cross shooting on the rifle rage is strictly prohibited!!!  The shooting stands, above and below are marked for the targets that can be shot from the stands.  ONLY the target DIRECTLY in front and marked can be shot from the stand.  ANYONE cross firing on the rifle range is discharging a firearm in an unsafe manor and subject to their membership being revoked.  If you witness anyone cross firing, please address this with them immediately and contact the Board members if there is any continued cross shooting or pushback by the member.   Photos of the individual and the vehicle and tag will assist us in addressing who is responsible for the issue.  If you have any questions; please contact any of the Board members.
